Office Hours

Our office hours are by appointment only. If your pet is having problems we encourage you to call our office early in the morning so we can give your pet attention the same day.

​

We encourage you to describe the nature of your problem to our receptionist so that she can schedule an appointment that is convenient for both you and the veterinarian.

​

For your convenience, our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. We also offer an 8:00 a.m. drop off service for any pets requiring routine vaccines and examinations. Please call for an appointment.

We try to see you at the appointed time. We believe strongly in the value of your time and will do our best to keep your wait down to a minimum. However, it is important to understand that in the practice of veterinary medicine, pets do not become ill on schedule and emergencies do occur. We ask for your indulgence should we fall behind at times.

Emergencies

Emergencies, unfortunately, do arise occasionally. If you feel you have a life-threatening emergency please call our hospital. If we are closed when you call, our recording will direct you to the After Hours Animal Emergency Clinic in Girard. This emergency facility is staffed with veterinarians and technicians well trained and experienced in emergency medicine.

Fees

Our fees are based on the time in consultation with you, as well as, the materials, equipment, and medication needed to diagnose and care for your pet.

​

We ask that all treatments and office visits be paid for the same time services are rendered. We accept Master Card, VISA, Discover, American Express, cash, and personal checks.
